POLICY ON DEPOSITS, FEES AND PAYMENTS: Deposit must be in house to reserve date of your event. Deposit is non refundable. If date is rebooked to a different date, an additional fee of one half the original deposit will be charged, this additional amount is non refundable. Deposit is used against ceremony site or dining room space booked. Ceremony fee is space fee for wherever ceremony is held. Ceremony may be held at the Inn only if reception dinner is held at the Inn. In case of cancellation of reception, the deposit is non-refundable, but ceremony may still be held without reception for either the deposit amount or double the ceremony amount, whichever is greater. In case of rain, an alternate space will be held for the ceremony, but the fee is still charged as both spaces are held for you and more planning and labor are involved in moving the event. If your outside dining event is rained out and has to be set inside, you will still be charged the same amount for the space originally agreed on. Credit card # is run thru two weeks prior to wedding or event to cover estimated costs of all (non-refundable). In case of no-show on event date, this amount is non-refundable. We will accept a check three weeks in advance of the event. If refused when run thru, we will need a cashiers check to still have the event as planned (two weeks in advance). Guaranteed number of guests must be given two weeks in advance for credit card payment. You will be billed on the final guaranteed number. If more guests appear at the event than the final count given us for the event, you will be billed for the additional guests. We cannot promise the same exact meal, but your guest will be served a comparable meal. An hourly bartender fee of $65 will charged for any bar during the event. If the bar is a cash bar or converted to a cash bar during the event, our current bar prices are charged. A 20% service charge and a 6% sales tax will automatically be added to your bill. **All space is booked where arranged but may be subject to change, if the house deems necessary, for any reason, depending on weather or other circumstances.
