Theme/Decorations:

Please discuss your ideas with our coordinator. While our reception and wedding areas are beautiful as they are, if you have a certain theme or fantasy wedding in mind we can design it for you. We'll take the stress of gathering items and spending your wedding day pulling it all together from your "to do" list and put it on to ours! We can work in conjunction with you or we can provide this custom service in total. From arches to centerpieces, to guest favors we provide it all……

Officiate:

The Olde Marco Inn can provide you with the names of local clergy who can perform your ceremony. In addition we have licensed individuals on staff who can perform your service if you wish.

Flowers:

There are numerous flower shops on Marco Island, any of which can provide beautiful floral arrangements for your wedding. www.marcoislandflorist.com highlights some of the beautiful arrangements that Marco Island Florist has created for brides over the last few years.

Getting married in Collier County:

Marriage licenses can only be obtained at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office at:
Clerk of the Circuit Court, Collier County

About the License:

• The fee is $88.50
• A Photo ID is required
• It can be from any county in the state of FLORIDA ONLY!!!
• Both parties must be 18 years of age or older.
• If you are divorced or there was a death of a previous spouse, the date of divorce or death is necessary.
• You may be from out of state.
• No blood test is required.
• There is no waiting period for non-Florida residents including non-residents from other countries.
• If one or more parties is a Florida Resident, a 3 day waiting period applies. The waiting period may be waived and a $32.50 deduction off the fee may apply with the completion of a Marital Course obtained by:
  -- A Psychologist licensed under FL Statutes, Chapter 490.
  -- A Clinical Social Worker, Marriage Therapist, or Mental Health Therapist licensed under FL Statutes, Chapter 491.
  -- An Official Religious Representative recognized under FL Statute 496.404 (20).
• For an additional fee of $20.00, you can be married in the Clerk of Court's office.
• A Public Notary or Ordained Minister can legally perform the wedding ceremony.

SW Regional Airport - Travel Time 40 minutes
Miami International Airport - Travel Time 1 ½ hours
Naples Municipal Airport - 20 Minutes

75 to exit 101 (formerly 15)
951 (Collier Blvd) on to Marco Island
Right on Bald Eagle
Left at the end of Bald Eagle on to Palm St.
The Inn is 1 ½ blocks down on the right
